Okay Net is not obligated to accept any request, and is not obligated to explain the reasons for rejecting the request at all.
Okay Net makes every effort to meet the assistance goals and inquiries from associations and institutions, but everything is subject to load.
For inquiries regarding all support issues for non-profit organizations, computing, and questions, please contact only the form below or by email at sCommunity@oknet.co.il. At no point should you contact OK Net by phone. A non-profit organization that contacts OK Net by phone or regular email despite the above will lose the right to purchase products at the fund price.
Payment for the computing and equipment will be made after confirmation of the order and the price quote from OK Net, and before the shipment departs for the delivery of the products.
Upon confirmation of the order, it is mandatory to update current credit card details for backup. An order will not be accepted without a credit card for backup.
You must contact only from the official email of the association or organization, emphasizing that the contact will be made from an email with a private domain extension of the association. If the association does not have a customized email address and the association uses a regular Gmail email - you must provide clear references that the regular email is used by the association.
After confirmation of the order and payment - it will not be possible to cancel the order at all, except if special approval is received from OK Net.
Purchase of computers and equipment and receipt of email support is conditional on use solely for the needs of the association. If it is determined that use was made for private purposes, Okay Net will charge an additional fee equal to the market price of the product when it was new + a commission of 400 NIS.
The association approval and order process is usually completed within 3 business days.
Okay Net may change the terms and conditions or even cancel them at any time.
Submitting the application by the association does not bind the association at all until after payment.
